The bootcamp was held July 11th through 22nd, the first week at SDSU in the lab of Dr. Anca Segall, and the second week at UCSD in the lab at of Dr. Suckjoon Jun. Students learned and performed microbiology and genetic engineering techniques in the first week, and during the second week learned microscopy to take fluorescent and live cell images.
